Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings


• Understand client needs and explain our digital marketing solutions clearly and persuasively


• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations


• Maintain client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery


• Coordinate with our technical and creative teams to ensure client requirements are met


• Track client communications and maintain detailed records in our CRM system


• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and content strategy development

The Ideal Candidate

• A recent graduate or final-year student (degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, beneficial but not essential)


• Genuine interest in digital marketing, AI, web technologies, and social media


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Confident speaking with clients on the phone and in person


• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude


• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies


• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (full training provided)


• Well-organised with good attention to detail
