A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious individual to train and forge a successful career as a junior sales consultant in the bathroom industry by joining join our dynamic, passionate and successful team at our Essex Showroom.

The overall purpose of the role is to shadow and support a designated senior sales consultant to convert prospect leads into actual sales while providing exceptional customer service to contribute to the financial success and growth of the company. Full design and sales training will be provided through group and personal one on sessions, these will cover internal process, technical elements and product knowledge.

The role is based in Frinton -On-Sea CO13

Position: - Junior Sales Consultant

* Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.

* Permanent, full-time position.

* 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

* Pension.

* Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays a Month.

* 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday-Friday with a 45 min lunch break.

* 8.00am – 1.00pm Saturday.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be required to shadow a senior sales consultant to assist with the following:

* Producing technical specifications.

* Processing client orders.

* Engaging suppliers to build lead time schedules.

* Interacting with clients and internal departments to arrange deliveries.

* Project manage orders from inception to completion.

* Meeting and greeting potential clients in the showroom.

Main Requirements

* Bathroom sales experience (Preferred but not essential).

* Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, confident and a professional personality.

* Well presented to suit a client facing environment.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Able to work efficiently on your own and effectively as part of a larger team.

* Diving Licence.
