Junior Sales Engineer

Location: Kingswinford (Hybrid - Office at least once per week)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (4-day work week: Monday-Thursday)

We’re working with a specialist manufacturing business based in Kingswinford that supplies technical products across the industrial sector. They're now looking to appoint a Junior Sales Engineer to help develop new business and support growth in both existing and emerging markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience in sales who is ambitious, motivated, and ready to progress in a more consultative and technical direction.

• Drive new business development through outbound calls, lead generation, and follow-ups

• Build relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities

• Explore new market sectors and applications for technical product lines

• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Director to shape sales strategies

• Work autonomously with the support of an internal sales administrator

• Office attendance required once per week (hybrid working structure)

• 1-3 years of telesales, B2B sales, or inside sales experience

• A self-starter with a proactive and professional approach to new business development

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to decision-makers

• Interest in industrial or technical environments (engineering background is a plus)

• Highly organised with a willingness to learn and grow

• Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

• Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
