Job Description - Junior Sales Executive

Are you a confident communicator with a talent for customer service and a drive to succeed in sales? I am looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced office environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound enquiries for small-scale works and converting estimates into confirmed bookings. You'll play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall sales process from start to finish.

Junior Sales Executive

Job Description

Convert small works enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and negotiation
Follow up on engineer recommendations and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with field teams and colleagues to identify and close sales opportunities
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using Excel and CRM tools
Handle related administrative tasks, including tracking jobs on hold and managing materials or payment follow-ups

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Experience in outbound or technical sales, ideally within a service or trade-related industry
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel for managing sales pipelines and reporting
