What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the first person our customers speak to after they’ve shown interest in our life insurance products.
Your job is to:

Call customers who’ve requested information
Build genuine rapport and get them talking
Understand what they actually need
Create urgency and excitement about sorting their cover now
Then smoothly pass them over to our sales team

People aren’t expecting your call at that exact moment, so you’ll hear “no” a lot. If you’re resilient, thick‑skinned, and like turning a “not sure” into a “go on then” – you’ll fit right in.

No experience? No problem. We don’t expect you to have done this before.
You might be:

Fresh out of college or uni
Working in retail, hospitality, or a call centre
