Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Junior Sales Executive

Proven B2B sales experience.

Previous account management experience.

Experience working within an FMCG environment.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.

Requirements for the Junior Sales Executive

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Requirements for the Junior Sales Executive

Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.

Knowledge of CRM systems.

Experience managing key customer accounts.

Commercial awareness and understanding of FMCG markets.
