Junior Sales Manager

Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or internal team challenges.

Market Strategy: Identify new business opportunities within the Liverpool area and contribute to local marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of successful experience in a sales or high-volume customer service role.

Leadership Potential: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a focus on professional persuasion and negotiation.

Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
