Job description

This junior full-time opportunity is designed to fast-track your career in Search Engine Optimization. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real projects. Our goal is to help you transition from a Junior SEO professional to an SEO middle specialist, managing your own projects as a part of our team.

In your role you will:

• Master the fundamentals of SEO, from technical optimization to content strategy.


• Learn how to publish, optimize, and manage articles to drive organic traffic.


• Develop proficiency in gathering semantic cores for various international markets.


• Gain expertise in analyzing traffic patterns and link performance using Google Analytics.


• Be fully equipped to lead your own SEO projects with confidence.


• Understand how to analyze project’s progress and create an SEO strategy


• Know the most popular SEO tools which are essential for our work


• Learn how to run technical audits and manage the implementations. 

Requirements:

We’re looking for candidates with:

• A basic understanding of SEO principles (meta tags, keywords, etc.).


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.


• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools (preferred but not required).


• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.


• Full-time availability to work on-site in San Ä iljan, Malta.

Your Deliverables:

As a Junior SEO Specialist, you’ll contribute to our team’s success by:

• Publishing and optimizing articles on our website for SEO best practices.


• Conducting keyword research and gathering semantic cores for different markets.


• Auditing and monitoring backlinks to ensure quality and relevance.


• Tracking and analyzing website traffic using Google Analytics.


• Assisting the SEO team with other tasks as needed while gaining hands-on experience.
