Are you a Service / Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background who has recently gained an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or a similar qualification, looking for a field-based role with plenty of training to become a fully certified technical expert?

Do you want to become an autonomous Field-Based Engineer, working independently to represent this business at blue-chip client sites?

In this role, you will be carrying out independent servicing of sawing machinery across the UK. You will have the opportunity to autonomously plan your day, going out to client sites and maintaining saw machine equipment with both reactive and preventative servicing. You will be given full manufacturing training before working completely independently at a variety of sites.

This company first opened its doors 50 years ago and is still a well-established, globally distributing family business. Supplying to big companies like BMW and nuclear power plants, not only is their influence far-reaching, but each day will be different.

This would suit a Service / Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background who has recently gained an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or a similar qualification looking to join a company that will support you in developing your career as a technical expert and allow you to work autonomously.

The Role:

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance, as well as installing and de/commissioning machines
• Full manufacturers training provided
• Most jobs kept within a 3 hour radius with minimum staying away
• Monday - Friday 40 hours (variable start/end time based on how you plan your travel)
• Door to Door Pay

The Person:

• Service / Maintenance engineer or similar
• NVQ Level 3 electrical installation or similar
• Manufacturing or industrial background
• Full UK Drivers Licence
