Are you an Engineer or Technician with knowledge of Engines either in cars, boats, bikes or similar looking for 1-on-1 and specialist manufacturer training to become a fully qualified Marine Service Engineer?

Do you want a mobile, field-based role where no two days will be the same, shadowing senior members of the team and representing the business on clients sites?

Established over 25 years ago, this company is looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer to help them maintain their customer base and grow into the future. They are specialists in a globally recognised engine brand and are looking for someone to train and develop as a Service Engineer.

This role will involve going to various sites across the south coast, servicing, inspecting and repairing engines. Full training on marine engine fault-finding will be provided, with specialist cFieldourses from the manufacturers. The work hours are 09:00-17:00 with optional overtime available paid at 1.5x for any work competed or travel outside of these hours.

This role would suit a junior Engineer, Technician or Mechanic with knowledge of engines, looking for a field-based role for a close-knit company that can offer full training and career development.

The Role:

• Servicing, repairing and inspecting marine engines
• Visiting various client sites across the south coast
• Full training through shadowing and manufacturer courses
• 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
• Optional overtime available at 1.5x

The Person:

• Junior or aspiring Service Engineer
• Knowledge of Engines
• Looking for a field-based role
• Full UK Driving License
