£36,000 + Tips/Tronc + Overtime | 42.5 Hours | Mainly Monday–Friday

We’re recruiting an experienced Junior Sous Chef for a prestigious hospitality and events operation at a historic London venue.
Based within the bar and restaurant, you’ll support the kitchen team across restaurant service, corporate hospitality, private dining and large-scale events.

What’s on offer:

£36,000 salary + Tips/Tronc
Overtime available and paid at time and a half
Mainly Monday–Friday, 5 days from 7
Around 10 weeks’ paid closure throughout the year
