Job Description

We are looking for a PASSIONATE & CREATIVE Junior Sous Chef who wants to join a FANTASTIC KITCHEN TEAM at the VIBRANT central London Bar & Restaurant, GA Kings X located in the Pullman London St Pancras hotel.

Have previous experience in a similar position working in a fast paced environment
Have the passion to produce food to the highest quality
Love working as part of a passionate team
Have the creativity to come up with new ideas for menus and to trial them

Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Head Chef in supervising the functioning of all kitchen employees, facilities, costs to ensure maximum Food and Beverage departmental profit is achieved
Assist the Executive Head Chef in the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
Assist the Executive Head Chef in conducting formal and on-the-job training sessions for kitchen employees
Assist the Executive Head Chef in the preparation of menus
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
