The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is now recruiting a Sous Chef to work with our kitchen teams
About the role
Responsibilities of the Junior Sous Chef include delivering high quality food to valued guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and participating in all aspects of the kitchen within an existing team. In this role you will need to work closely with the Sous Chefs, and senior kitchen team to maintain and improve food quality and standards throughout the property. You must be adept at being able to adapt to any situation and think on your feet using your initiative to problem solve.

We have 135 bedrooms, 4 function suites which cater for up to 450 people and 7 multi-functional conference rooms. We have a courtyard Restaurant and bar, a tea shop and a pub on site as well as a spa and gym
