Lime Recruit is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of one of the Cotswold's best regarded restaurants. The Junior Sous Chef who is going to be succesful in this role, will have a calm demeanour, passionate eye for detail and a stable background in fine dining, or high end brasserie establishments. The renumeration package for this unique opportunity is circa £26,000 per annum

About You

You will be the perfect foil for the highly regarded Head Chef, and you will be instrumental in development of the Commis Chefs
You will have a stable background in rosette kitchens or equal equivalent
Your passion for food will be second to none - and you will impart this on the junior team
You will be driven to achieve greatness, and want to be part of something special

The Kitchen

Multi Rosette and pushing for more !
You will have all the toys needed - but you wll have to be the master of basics as well
Well drilled brigade, who are all looking to push on
Part of a small, but well regarded group
