We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef Pastry to join our culinary team at Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality pastry offerings across our restaurants, banqueting, and events operations, ensuring exceptional presentation and consistency. The Junior Sous Chef – Pastry supports the Pastry Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pastry section, ensuring exceptional quality across all pastry production including afternoon tea, banqueting desserts, restaurant desserts, amenities, and specialty items. The role includes supervising all pastry mise en place, service, production planning, and training of junior team members. Contributes to menu development, quality control, cost management, and upholding strict food safety standards.
The role may additionally support other kitchen areas as required based on business needs.
