Are you a recent graduate in Structural Engineer with some industry experience?

This company covers multiple sectors including commercial, R&D, energy and residential, delivering solutions on all aspects of civil and structural engineering, building surveying, transport engineering and geomatics.

With continued growth and expansion an opportunity arises for a new Civil Engineer to join the team, responsible for conducting site appraisals, pre-application planning advice and preparing detailed design information for Tender and Construction.

THE ROLE:
* Working on a variety of structural projects and creating structural designs in steel, concrete, timber and masonry

* Using industry software including Tekla and TEDDS
* Office based (hybrid available after 3 month probation)
* Assisting with designs, liaising with customers, and performing calculations
* Full training given through shadowing

*Work closely with architects, clients, subcontractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.

*Assist in project planning, coordination, and reporting.

*Conduct site visits to assess projects and ensure adherence to design specifications

*Ensure projects comply with statutory requirements, including health and safety

*Attend meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week

THE PERSON:
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
* Recent graduate with some industry experience
