The Role

As a Junior Stylist, you’ll support the styling team in bringing our brands aesthetic to life across all touch points - from editorial shoots to digital content and e-commerce. You’ll assist in preparing looks, ensuring each outfit tells a story that reflects our brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your creative skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

What you will be doing?

• Assist the Styling and Creative teams during photoshoots and campaign prep.
• Help coordinate outfits, accessories and looks that align with brand guidelines.
• Support sample management - including organising, tracking, and returning products.
• Collaborate with photographers, models, and stylists to maintain visual consistency.
• Stay ahead of fashion trends and contribute fresh ideas to seasonal mood boards.
• Ensure styling outputs meet The Debenhams Group high standards of quality and polish.

What you can bring?

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Previous styling experience is a plus.
