About the Role

Join this dynamic team as a Junior Systems Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of their financial systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This is a hands-on, collaborative position ideal for tech-savvy professionals passionate about system optimisation, data analysis, and business process improvement.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and deliver innovative solutions. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimise Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Utilise tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Document and improve business processes through mapping and optimisation strategies.
• Support integration with D365 Customer Engagement and Project Operations.
• Stay current with Power Platform capabilities and emerging technology trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI for data management and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with D365 Customer Engagement and Project Operations.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Background in business analysis, including process mapping and optimisation.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Project Management and Accounting, Procurement and Sourcing, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition.
• Demonstrated experience supporting finance teams and translating their needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record in business process improvement and technology implementation.
• Passion for innovation and staying ahead of technology trends in financial systems.
