Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Overview

• Engaging with clients and candidates to build strong relationships
• Marketing our recruitment services via phone and email to potential clients
• Managing existing client accounts and providing excellent customer service
• Sourcing and matching candidates to exciting job opportunities
• Reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews
• Writing and advertising job roles online

Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Requirements

• Ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
• Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C), including English & Maths (A-Levels/Degree beneficial)

Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position Remuneration

• Competitive starting salary with uncapped commission

• 20 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays + paid Christmas shutdown

Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:30, Friday 8:30-13:00 - Early finish Fridays!
