Location: Antrim (Belfast area)
Salary: Negotiable (Depending on Experience)
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am - 8pm
(Training period: 9:00am - 5:30pm)

Supreme Recruitment are working with a well-established logistics company in Belfast who are looking to bring in a motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Transport Co-ordinator. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in logistics and supply chain, with full training provided and real opportunities to progress as the business continues to expand.

• Supporting the daily running of UK import operations

• Preparing basic transport documentation (PODs, KPIs, export forms)

• Learning to manage bookings, collections and deliveries

• Communicating with customers and transport providers

• Assisting with the planning of UK freight movement

• Maintaining internal systems and ensuring compliance

• Escalating any issues or delays to management

• Taking on new responsibilities as you grow in the role

• 6-12 months' experience in a transport, logistics, or admin role (preferred but not essential)

• Keen to learn about groupage shipping, customs, and international freight

• Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems

• A strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Great communication and organisational skills

• A full, clean UK driving licence is preferred but not a dealbreaker
