The Role:

Junior Transportation Coordinator required for growing distribution company with warehouses in the UK and Europe.  This role is responsible for arranging transportation through a network of established freight partners and preparing warehouse schedules.

Main Duties:

Arrange transportation for orders with external partners.
Coordinate collections and deliveries with third-party suppliers.
Ensure delivery details are accurately aligned with internal systems.
Provide daily and weekly schedule updates to warehouses, proactively monitoring changes and keeping all stakeholders informed.
Upload and maintain transport-related documentation within the system.
Junior Transportation Coordinator requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities
Experience in transport (preferred)
Familiarity with logistics software (advantageous)
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe
