THE ROLE 

The Junior Video Editor will play a pivotal role within the creative team, responsible for crafting compelling video content that engages audiences and drives results. You will be essential in producing high-performing creative assets for our ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

The right candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of video storytelling and a proven ability to edit for performance-driven campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES 

• Creating compelling video ad creatives across paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and Google/display ads.

• Support the creative team in producing high-quality video assets for our website and app.

• Collaborate with the creative and paid media teams to develop ad creative strategies that align with our campaign and brand objectives.

• Edit video content to an excellent standard, ensuring each piece is optimised for its intended platform and audience.

• Experiment with creative techniques, trends, and formats to enhance ad performance.

• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in video advertising.

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & EXPERIENCE 

• Proven experience of video editing creating a diverse range of content in the fashion/e-commerce industry or at an agency with a fashion focus. 

• Proven experience creating video content specifically for paid media campaigns (social ads, display, YouTube pre-roll, etc.)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Premiere Pro and After Effects, including colour grading. (Photoshop/Illustrator are a bonus)

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for creating high quality and diverse content.

• A keen understanding of platform-specific requirements for social media and ad platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality content quickly.

• A creative portfolio showcasing original ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

• Creative and proactive mindset with strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

BONUS SKILLS (Nice to have, but not essential)

• Image Retouching

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.
