Junior Wealth Planner - Brighton - Up to £60K DOE

My client, a highly regarded boutique wealth management firm in Brighton, is looking for a Diploma-qualified Junior Wealth Planner with previous paraplanning experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a client-facing advisory role with clear progression toward becoming a Senior Wealth Planner.

This role offers hands-on exposure to high-net-worth clients, a strong mentoring structure, and a collaborative team environment focused on ethical, client-first advice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the delivery of comprehensive financial planning across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning
• Taking part in client meetings and gradually progressing into full advisory responsibilities
• Using your technical knowledge to produce suitability reports and conduct in-depth research
• Working closely with senior advisers and support teams to ensure excellent client outcomes

We are looking for:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum
• A strong background in paraplanning within a financial planning or IFA firm
• Clear ambition to become a fully-fledged adviser and grow your own client relationships
• A professional, ethical approach and excellent communication skills
