Job Title: Junior / Entry-Level Customer Support
Location: On-site in LE17
Salary: £23,809 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

Speaking with clients over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting with invoicing and general admin tasks
Using an internal CRM system to manage customer information
What We're Looking For:

Someone local to the LE17 area
A full UK driving licence and access to transport
A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
This is a full-time, on-site role and would be ideal for someone looking to build a career in customer service or office administration.
