This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Building Services Consultancy with an outstanding reputation for developing junior engineers into highly capable Electrical Design Engineers.

Whether you're graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering or have practical site experience gained as an Electrician, you'll receive structured training, mentoring and clear career progression from day one.

The Role

As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced Electrical Design Engineers, learning how to produce electrical building services designs for a wide variety of projects across the UK.

You'll receive full training in:

Electrical Building Services Design
AutoCAD and design software
Electrical calculations
Lighting and power design
Technical drawings and specifications
Building Regulations and industry standards
Project coordination with clients and design teamsYou'll gain hands-on experience working on both new build and refurbishment projects across sectors including:

Education
Student Accommodation
Commercial
Industrial
Defence

You'll ideally have:

An Electrical Engineering degree, HNC or HND, or
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
A genuine interest in Building Services and Electrical Design
Excellent communication skills
A willingness to learn and developNo previous design experience is required. Full training will be provided.
