Karting Incident Marshals

FAT Karting League’s mission is to achieve mass participation in motorsport by radically reducing the barriers to entry.

We run karting events across the country throughout the year to cater for drivers with different levels of experience, that creates a pathway from age 6-17.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working people - with a passion for motorsport - to join our weekend staff crew for 2025 as Karting Incident Marshals. If you have no experience of this and want to develop a career in motorsport, we would still like to hear from you.

Duties include:

* Escorting drivers to a safe place when their kart has gone off track

* Moving karts to a safe place when they go off track

* Radio incident details to the Circuit Manager

The roles we need to fill will involve working Friday to Sunday and potentially travelling to different karting circuits around the UK.
