KDB Developer

Bonhill Partners are supporting an Investment Bank in their search for a Junior KDB Engineer to join their Market Data team .

This is an opportunity to join an experience team, building out software and services for research and trading.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance KDB+ infrastructure, as well as designing new features
2. Uilise KDB+/Q to optimise data processing
3. Enhance data access framework for real-time dashboards, analytics and market research.

Required skills:

1. Degree within Computer Science, Engineering, Quantiatitive Finance or similar
2. KDB+/Q programming experience
3. Knowledge of data processing & analytics
4. Financial product knowledge
5. Some OO programming experience - Python, Java or C++

This will be a hybrid position, 3 days in the office, paying up to £300/day.
