Kent | Warm Desk Billing £9,000 Per Week

Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant ready to take over one of the strongest desks in the business?

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced consultant to manage an established SEND & Tuition desk currently billing approximately £9,000 per week.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone already working within education recruitment who wants immediate earnings, an established client portfolio and genuine career progression.

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you have:

At least 12 months' experience in Education Recruitment

Experience recruiting within SEND, Alternative Provision, Tuition or Education

A proven track record of billings

Excellent relationship-building skills

Strong business development ability

Applications from recruiters outside Education Recruitment will not be considered.

Your Role

You'll manage an established desk while continuing to grow market share through proactive business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing existing SEND and Tuition school partnerships

Winning new business

Placing specialist education professionals

Building long-term client relationships

Visiting schools and education settings

Maximising opportunities across your territory

Our dedicated support teams manage candidate sourcing, compliance, payroll and administration, allowing you to focus entirely on sales and placements.

What's on Offer?

Up to £50,000 basic salary

Warm desk billing £9,000 per week

Commission paid from day one

Uncapped commission plus Super Commission scheme

We guarantee to beat your current basic salary

35 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
