Key Account Director/Senior Director, Large Pharma, Europe
Key Account Director EU, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial launch, and commercial manufacturing into our global manufacturing assets and act as a key leader and influencer in the business development organization.

As Key Account Director, you will join an organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives. In this role you will report to the Executive Director, Key Accounts Europe.
Responsibilities
- Focus on driving commercial launch, and commercial manufacturing into our global manufacturing assets.
- A key leader and influencer in the Business Development organization.
- Managing and cross selling into Large Pharma accounts.
- Mapping out all service touch points and driving revenue across our value chain to expand the Key Account share of the wallet for WuXi Biologics.
- All services and modalities need to be managed with expert CMC and BU heads aligned for optimum value-add with the customer.
- Responsible for providing strong cross-functional leadership within the Global Business Development team, aligning and working with local BD across regions.
- Work closely with the WuXi Biologics leadership team and operations to develop the right strategies and tactics to meet the yearly revenue targets for the Global Business Development team.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of customer relationship management, including regional dashboards, metrics and KPIs to measure performance against.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- At least 10+ years’ experience of dealing with large pharma and commercial contract negotiations.
- Established network in Europe for large pharma accounts and key decision makers.
- At least 10 years of successful sales and territory management experience within the CMO / CRO space.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong gravitas and relationship building skills.
- Listening and empathy demonstrated.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated success at managing multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, written or verbal.
- Valid Passport and the ability to travel 50% of the time.
