Location: Stevenage (Hybrid after training)
 
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + commission + bonus
 
Talentmark is looking for a Key Account Executive to join our successful STEM-focused recruitment business based in Stevenage.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 1–2 years' recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career within a specialist consultancy. Experience in the STEM sectors would be beneficial, but it isn't essential, we're looking for the right person with the right attitude, and we'll provide the industry knowledge and training.

The Role
As a Key Account Executive, you'll work closely with our established key accounts across the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, managing the recruitment process from candidate attraction through to placement.
Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing high-quality contract candidates for key client vacancies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors throughout their assignments.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
Presenting well-qualified, thoroughly briefed candidates through client applicant tracking systems.
Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.Salary & Commission

Up to £30,000 basic salary plus commission and bonus
