Key account handler - Logistics

We are recruiting for a niche and specialist company who are seeking a top notch customer services who has experience within freight & logistics handling key accounts.

You will be providing a high level of customer service to the customers and be handling the shipment from operations throuhgout, you will be liaising with the import / export team, keeping up to date speaking with transport and the warehouse team to ensure smooth, professional delivery to the customer.

You will be dealing with any issues and resolving any queries promptly and making sure they recieve an excellent service.

Previous experience handling key accounts within freight / logistics is required and understanding of import / export procedures is required. A background of fashion / high value logistics also a major plus!
