Key Account Manager

South East (Brighton, Canterbury, Kent)

Competitive Salary + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you a commercially astute, relationship-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic On-Trade environment?

Do you want to work with one of the UK’s most exciting drinks businesses with an ever-growing portfolio of brands?

We’re partnering with a leading drink brand going through exceptional growth. They’re now looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a high-potential patch focused across the Sout East. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading portfolio of premium spirits and soft drinks brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing key On-Trade accounts, including regional groups and IFT venues
  • Driving volume, distribution, and brand visibility across the brand portfolio
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities across pubs, bars, and events venues
  • Building strong route-to-market partnerships
  • Delivering on KPIs around volume, distribution growth, and new business
  • Supporting marketing activations, trade events, and brand campaign
  • Operating across diverse venues – from late-night to premium cocktail bars

About You:

  • Strong On-Trade sales experience
  • Deep understanding of the South East On Trade scene
  • Proven track record in account development and new business
  • Commercially minded with exposure/understanding of P&L
  • Highly self-motivated and energetic
