Job Description - Key Account Manager

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a key account manager/sales executive to join their client based in Newcastle on a permanent basis. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a minimum of 18 months experience who is looking for a new challenge and progression opportunities.

This role is a mix of both inbound and outbound sales.

The role is full time and is fully site based, with free onsite parking available.

Key Benefits:

Salary of up to £30,000 DOE
Bonus scheme
22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Your Responsibilities include:

Quoting customers over the phone and email
Upselling products/quantity of products.
Chasing unanswered quotes.
Chasing deliveries.
Actioning visit reports within 48 hours.
Sourcing products.
Inputting and booking orders.
Developing customer relationships.

You will need:

Minimum of 18 months sales experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
A full, clean, UK driving license.
