Job Description - Key Account Manager

Must Have’s
• Proven account management or client-facing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making ability
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and achieving performance targets
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Nice to have’s
• Experience working with clients in service-led industries (e.g. marketing, media, tech, or B2B environments)
• Understanding of Health & Safety and sustainability principles in business
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders or high-profile accounts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking/reporting KPIs

So what will you be doing?
• Managing a portfolio of clients while fostering long-term, productive relationships
• Supporting the wider commercial team in achieving sales and retention targets
• Leading projects to ensure high-quality client delivery from planning to completion
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development
• Attending client meetings and providing hands-on support when required
• Championing best practices in health, safety, and sustainability
• Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs with a focus on client satisfaction

Helpful extras
• Office-based role in Tewkesbury with regular travel to client sites
• Standard office hours, with some flexibility and the chance to attend client activations or industry-related events
