Regional Account Manager
Location: Field-based - covering Edinburgh, Scottish Borders, Durham & Newcastle (hybrid working: field & home)
Package: £45,000 - £50,000 basic + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
POST- Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a market-leading business to recruit a Regional Account Manager for one of their fastest growing divisions. This is a high-performing, field-based role managing and developing existing B2B accounts across a thriving territory.
If you’re a commercially astute sales professional with a proven background in field-based account management, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive and well-respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities:Territory Management: Drive performance and client ROI through regular in-person and virtual reviews across your region.
Account Growth: Hit and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling services within a well-established client base.
Consultative Sales: Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored, insight-led solutions.
Product Support: Deliver training and ongoing guidance to help clients maximise value from the service offering.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of sector trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and conversations.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Area Sales Director and wider teams to ensure smooth client delivery and success.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field-based B2B Account Manager or Sales role.
Proven success in managing and growing accounts in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Ability to confidently sell value and ROI in a non-discounting pricing model.
Commercially sharp, with experience of handling data-led sales and overcoming pricing objections.
Exposure to structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Bonus: £15,000 uncapped OTE - with guarantees in place for the first 4 months
