About the role:
Covering the North Yorkshire area.
To maximise sales opportunities in the marketplace, generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential customers Identifying and pursuing lucrative opportunities that align with potential clients needs, closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets whilst maintaining, positive business and customer relationships.
Contribute to the overall offering of a service that is second to none and a comprehensive package of sales support, marketing, merchandising and promotions designed to assist our customers to sell to theirs
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, understand customer needs identifying new sales and new customer opportunities to increase sales revenue and customer base.
Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
What are we looking for?
A highly confident, articulate person who will approach the position with enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong PC skills with the ability to evaluate customer data
Effective time management and ability to prioritise
Someone with the drive, determination, and tenacity to make things happen in a competitive marketplace
Ideally, we require the person to carry experience of the tool industry and home improvement market, but most importantly enjoy selling to an established customer base and thrive on the daily challenges it brings
