They are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. You'll act as a strategic advisor, understanding customer needs and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality Account Management service for their most valuable customers with the aim of building long term relationships that increase retention and unlock opportunities.
- As a dedicated resource for key accounts, you'll be committed to helping them solve their problems, realise their business goals, and achieve success.
- Attending regular business meetings, you’ll work closely to the customer to understand their specific needs to improve customer retention, make recommendations to drive a consistent customer experience
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that the renewal process is seamless, from pre-sale support to post-sale delivery.
- Working closely with the sales team to help maximise sales targets.
- Liaise with the marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives that support her customer journey.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to customers.
Skills and experience required:
- Track record in the energy sector in a client facing role, and passionate about providing great client service
- A commercial/business orientated mind-set is ideal
- Self-motivated with the drive to deliver results in a challenging market.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to find a win-win solution.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
- Friendly, logical and accommodating, enthusiastic and persuasive Strong communication, interpersonal and customer skills

Salary: £50,000 -£55,000 Plus Uncapped Commission (unrivalled earning potential)
