Key Account Manager – F&S Systems

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and retaining key customer relationships, selling installations packages, and identifying new business opportunities across all accounts given. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer retention. The role is covering the London, Home Counties and M4 corridor, and comes with a basic salary to £55,000 plus commission, car/allowance, 25 days holiday & package, working for a well-respected regional fire and security installer.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage customer account plans to increase revenue and retention.
• Conduct regular customer review meetings, providing reports and performance updates.
• Build strong relationships and effectively manage customer expectations.
• Ensure contractual expectations, sales targets, and order objectives are achieved.
• Provide timely quotations and support the delivery of services.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and monthly account status reports.
• Support credit control activities to maintain agreed payment terms.
• Stay up to date with industry legislation and product developments, sharing relevant updates with customers.
• Represent the company professionally and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Person Specification
• Proven account management and sales experience.
