Location: Sussex, Surrey, Kent

We’re recruiting a Key Account Manager for a leading specialist supplier within the HVAC market.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit an established customer base and focus on expanding existing accounts across HVAC, air conditioning, heat pumps and renewable heating solutions.

The role

* Manage and develop a portfolio of established customer accounts.

* Identify opportunities to increase spend and broaden product penetration.

* Build strong relationships with contractors, installers and trade customers.

* Provide knowledgeable, commercially focused product guidance.

* Work with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

* Drive revenue, margin and long-term customer retention.

What we’re looking for

* Sales or account management experience within HVAC, heating, air conditioning or renewables.

* A proven ability to grow existing accounts.

* Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.

* Confidence discussing technical products and solutions.

* A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
