Now they’re looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager to deepen and grow some of their most strategic relationships across the UK and Europe. Headquartered in New York City, they specialize in delivering high-quality digital products by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud services.
Position overview Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow their existing Portfolio of clients in the UK market. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries and maturity, driving client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the retention and growth of existing accounts whilst supporting the furtherance of our client's offering and position in the market.
Key responsibilities
Lead and expand a portfolio of 10–15 accounts, with full ownership over relationship strategy and growth
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and whitespace opportunities to scale account value and client outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, mapping their goals to actionable product and engineering solutions
Build and execute strategic account plans informed by data, insights, and market trends
Proactively mitigate risk, manage escalations, and maintain high client satisfaction
Lead QBRs and executive engagements that deepen relationships and unlock new initiatives
Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Talent to ensure flawless execution and retention
Monitor KPIs and report on account health to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Stay on the pulse of innovation – bringing insights on AI, GenAI, and product acceleration to every conversation
Requirements
3–5 years in account or delivery management within software/IT, ideally in IT consulting or technical recruitment
Proven experience managing $5M portfolio and 5-10+ concurrent client relationships
Expertise in building and growing client relationships — navigating complex stakeholders, driving retention, and expanding portfolios via upsell and cross-sell
Accountability for key client metrics (NRR, contribution margin) with strong risk management and outcome-based planning skills
Deep technical understanding of the full SDLC, delivery processes, and engineering team models.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
