The successful candidate will become a valued member of the Early Years team, taking responsibility as a Key Person and helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, develop and thrive. The school is looking for someone with a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and is happy to wait until later in September to secure the right person.

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality interactions. Observe, assess and record children's progress, maintaining accurate learning journeys and records. Promote children's independence, confidence and social development. Work closely with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child's individual needs and next steps. Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Uphold safeguarding procedures and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
What We're Looking For

A warm, caring and patient approach to supporting young children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
