Experience & Qualifications

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Key Stage 1 teaching; a background in SEN education or exposure to working with children with special educational needs is preferred

  Empathetic and adaptable approach to teaching, with the patience and creativity needed to support and encourage students facing unique learning challenges


• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with SEN staff, teaching assistants, and parents to create a supportive, holistic learning environment for each student


• 
  Commitment to inclusive education with the flexibility to modify lesson plans and instructional methods to meet diverse student needs


• 
  Enhanced DBS check required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care
