Key Stage 1 Teacher - Penang, Malaysia

m2r Education are looking for an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to work for a British International school in Penang, Malaysia, starting in August 2025.

The accredited school provides an excellent Foundation Stage to Year 13 curriculum programme in the English Language to students from Malaysia and around the world, through an enhanced form of the English National Curriculum. The facilities are first-rate, including two football fields, a fully equipped multi-purpose hall, a primary sports hall, two swimming pools, specialist classrooms including science labs, a dance studio, a black box theatre and various shared learning spaces - indoors and outdoors.

Class sizes are 15 - 20 with a range of nationalities.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Bachelor Degree + PGCE/QTS
• Minimum 2 years of full time relevant teaching experience
• Experience of working in a UK or British International School following English National Curriculum is ESSENTIAL
• Confident in supporting Key Stage 1 students in personal and educational development
