Kick Start Care Agent

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 per week, This is a shift-based role and will require you to be flexible and available to work Monday to Friday, between 8 am - 6 pm There's a huge difference between simply doing your job and going above and beyond. As a Kick-start Care Adviser, you will handle all sorts of queries relating to our mobile, fixed and collaborative products. You'll be empowered to identify opportunities where additional products may benefit them, and you'll need to apply your knowledge as well as use your great rapport skills to get the customer's commitment to wanting to find out more.
