As part of this apprenticeship, you will spend time working within insurance operations and also claims, getting a holistic view of how the departments integrate and work together.

Key duties will include;

• Assist with the processing of insurance policies and claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to support underwriting and risk assessment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry through structured training modules and hands-on experience, with certifications and qualifications on completion of the programme.

Applicants should have completed secondary education and possess Highers within English and Maths with a good working knowledge of MS Office.

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
