What you'll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks for Fee Earners
• Coordinating meetings and complex international travel
• Handling expenses and time entry with precision
• Supporting a high-performing team in a fast-paced legal setting

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years' experience as a Team Assistant or Legal Administrator in a reputable international law firm
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
