You’ll be out and about in Bristol and at exciting events across the country, meeting people face-to-face, sharing the joy of regular flower deliveries, and converting them into loyal customers. You’ll also be riding our eye-catching e-bikes, so confidence on two wheels is essential!

• Confident riding an e-bike (electric bike)
  
• A people person: friendly, articulate, and ready to chat
  
• Ambitious and financially motivated
  
• Strong communicator with a can-do attitude
  
• Previous sales experience a bonus, but not essential
  
• UK driving licence is a plus (not required)

• Real-world sales experience: Develop and master negotiation, objection handling, and persuasion techniques through live customer interactions.
  
• Uncapped commission: The harder you work, the more you earn. Daily OTE: £90 – £280+.
  
• Weekly pay, one week in arrears.
  
• Complete sales training: Get fully up to speed with our in-depth, hands-on training program designed to help you succeed quickly.
  
• Flexible shifts: Be in control of your own schedule: choose 3-4+ shifts a week, Monday–Sunday.
  
• Team culture: Work alongside a positive, high-energy team with regular socials and events.
  
• Travel & variety: Attend festivals, pop-ups, and vibrant locations across London and beyond.
