We are working with a global leader in the life sciences and consumer health space as they scale up their internal Supply Chain Planning team. This role offers the opportunity to play a central part in building and supporting future-fit planning capabilities across multiple business units - each operating at a multi-billion-euro scale.

You'll work in a collaborative, international team focused on driving system improvement, process harmonisation, and long-term platform stability using best-in-class planning tools (Kinaxis, OMP, and SAP IBP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain planning domain
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations
• Support system rollout and enhancement across demand, supply, and inventory planning
• Work cross-functionally to deliver solutions aligned with digital and operational priorities
• Own end-to-end implementation tasks - including design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Support and improve data flows between planning systems (Kinaxis, OMP) and other enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users and junior team members
• Act as a product owner within Agile delivery squads focused on application enhancement and platform sustainability

What You Bring:

• Solid hands-on experience configuring Kinaxis or OMP - not just as a user, but in implementation and enhancement
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes - especially demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimisation
• Background in consulting or system integration preferred
• Previous involvement in full-cycle deployments (including go-live and support phases)
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and working with global stakeholders
• English fluency required
