Kitchen & Bedroom Designer and Sales Person
Nottinghamshire, NG11 6QJ

• Full time, 36.5 hours per week (including Saturdays)
• Permanent position
• Base salary with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £50,000

Established in 1997, Fine Finish Furniture is a leading retailer of both fitted and freestanding kitchens and bedrooms. What makes us unique? The Role

As a Kitchen & Bedroom Designer and Sales Person, you’ll be working closely with customers to create beautifully designed kitchens and bedrooms that match their vision. You’ll be expected to work independently while being a valuable team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers in the showroom, via telephone, or at their homes to understand their needs
• Creating stunning, functional kitchen and bedroom designs
• Using design software (ArtiCAD and Easy Quote experience beneficial)
• Providing accurate cost estimates and quotations
• Managing projects from initial consultation to final sale
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Working collaboratively within a small but highly motivated team

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone creative, personable, and results-driven. You should be confident working with customers, have strong sales experience, and be able to turn ideas into reality. About you:

• Extensive experience in kitchen and bedroom design & sales
• A proven track record of sales success in this industry
• Strong drawing and costing skills
• Experience with ArtiCAD and Easy Quote (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong motivation
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
