Kitchen Assistant

The Keysoe Café is a community hub where locals' come to enjoy light bites and fresh baked goods prepared in-house using locally sourced ingredients. The Kitchen Assistant will provide support to the Kitchen Team to support in delivering a consistently high quality food offering. 

The role offers sociable working hours, on a shift pattern, to support with mornings or lunches. We pay competitively and offer other benefits including private healthcare. About the Role: 

• Food area preparation and general kitchen tasks 
  


• Cooking and preparing meals


• Health and Safety routine checks 


• Adhere to company health & safety and food safety requirements at all time
  


• Assist and support the whole kitchen team
  


• To support stock inventory as and when required by management
  

About You: 

• Preferably experience of working in a kitchen


• Awareness of Food Safety or Hygiene protocol
  


• A willingness to learn 


• Team Player
